Update on Coronavirus

Madrid, March 30th 2020

Dear Clients and Colleagues,
I truly hope you and your family are keeping safe and healthy.
As I write these lines, more restrictions have been passed by the Spanish Government. But since we can work remotely, we are allowed to continue our operations without any extra limitation.
As most of you are aware, we are working remotely since March 10th. We did this to preserve our staff´s health, which is our first concern. All of them and their close relatives remain healthy. This was the first measure we took in the first week of the outbreak in Spain, even before the Government lockdown.
In order to secure a smooth continuity of our business and the wellbeing of our staff, we are focusing on these measures now:

  • Extra surveillance on cyber-attacks.
  • Additional communications to our clients and within the team members.
  • Flexible working hours for some of our staff so they can better combine your requests with their family situation.
  • Encourage our staff to maintain some level of physical activity and moreover, to do something they enjoy greatly. Maybe a new activity they always wanted to try.

We thank you again for your business and your timely payment. Together we can!
